This establishment is truly exceptional... my spouse and I frequent their services, and the environment is immaculate, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the craftsmanship is simply stunning!!! I am extremely satisfied with my tattoo. I highly recommend them.
Had an amazing experience with Olivia today. Came in for some cartilage piercings and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They performed three piercings for me and I am absolutely thrilled. They took the time to explain each step, were highly professional, and engaging to chat with. Additionally, they were accommodating when I inquired about purchasing jewelry post-healing. They presented numerous options and made me feel very welcomed to return for future orders. I will definitely revisit them!
Waited an hour to have my ears stretched. Once the piercer/tattoo artist finished their current task, they completely disregarded me and moved on to their next tattoo appointment, which was scheduled for 12 o'clock. It was well past the appointed time. I will not return to this establishment.
