I highly endorse Pam for a massage. She is truly exceptional. Her background is extensive, and her understanding of how the muscles function and interact is invaluable. I believe she has previously worked in a physical therapy setting. Additionally, through massage and knowing how to properly stretch the muscles, she was able to alleviate the chronic neck discomfort I've endured for years! She genuinely cares about her clients and consistently goes above and beyond to offer relevant advice.
