Absolutely fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend this Salon. Xochil worked wonders on my hair and corrected the color mishap from a previous salon. I am immensely grateful for her magical touch and expertise shining through in her work. I will exclusively visit her from now on.
I stepped into this establishment a week ago inquiring about a Balayage price. Xochitl (proprietor) promptly provided a quote and then directed me to one of her stylists, Marlene, for a second quote and to perform the service. After Marlene quoted me a price $10 lower than Xochitl's, I decided to book my appointment with them. A week later, upon arriving for my appointment, I confirmed with Marlene the agreed-upon price. After spending over 6 hours there, Xochitl acted unprofessionally by repeatedly stating to Marlene that she was undercharging me. When I reminded Xochitl that she quoted me a higher price initially, she suddenly claimed that the service would cost more due to excessive product usage. Feeling upset, I expressed my dissatisfaction, stating that quoting one price and then demanding more mid-service is unacceptable. She became agitated and blamed Marlene, suggesting she should have only done half the work for the agreed price. Despite Xochitl's 20 years in business, her handling of pricing is unprofessional and she mistreats her staff in front of customers. I do not recommend this establishment.
Visiting this salon is a gamble; you might get served or ignored. The first visit was swift and resulted in a good haircut, but on the second visit, despite assurances of a short wait, I left after 1 hour and 45 minutes without a haircut.
