I hail from Denver and was visiting my mother, so we opted to have our nails done. Unfortunately, they started peeling off in less than a day, and they were damp underneath. We arrived at 11 a.m., and there were no other patrons present, so it is disappointing that they did not take the necessary time to ensure a proper outcome. I am greatly disheartened. Apparently, my mother had experienced a similar issue there before, but she wanted to support a local enterprise, so she gave them another chance.
This establishment is truly dreadful. I strongly advise against squandering your funds on a visit here. The elderly gentleman is utterly impolite and lacks professionalism. I have never encountered such appalling treatment from a nail technician before. He raised his voice and berated me, then abruptly left and retreated to the back. All I requested was a correction to the design on my nail, and he claimed I was too critical. The design was all smudged. He made me feel incredibly uneasy. I had been there once before, and he was impolite then as well, but I assumed he was just having a rough day. I usually show gratitude towards those who tend to my nails and tip generously, but this was the most unpleasant salon experience I have ever had. Save your money!
Discourteous personnel. Abrupt in their interactions. I will not be returning. They were unable to paint a small ghost on my nail and sent me away feeling exasperated. I should be the one feeling frustrated. I do not recommend.
