My manicurist does top-notch work and gives great attention to their clients. The cozy ambiance was a delight.
On September 28th, I visited this salon as I had a show to attend that evening and the next day. My regular technician was fully booked, so I decided to stop by for a quick fix. However, I ended up spending over 45 minutes there, had to guide the technician on how to do just one nail properly, and the end result was unsatisfactory. These people are incompetent and need to be closed down. The first two chairs were a mess, and the staff was unfriendly.
Absolutely terrible experience. Only one manicurist attended to me and my daughter, and to make matters worse, despite my request for shorter nails, she did as she pleased. One of my nails even looks crooked! Unacceptable. I will not be returning here.
