I greatly admire Kathy's expertise, precision, and professionalism in waxing, so I was eager to experience her new color consultation. My mother and I attended the session together, and it was not only enjoyable but also very enlightening. The pace was just right. Not only does this salon offer the finest nail services in Chico, but I had an experience there that I feel compelled to share. A few months back, before my granddaughter's wedding, I had left a check for nail treatments for both her and me.
