I am delighted with my new nails! The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I especially appreciate their extended hours, as I can visit after work.
I recently had my nails done at this salon for my birthday weekend. I opted for a classic white gel manicure and pedicure, a simple choice that should have been foolproof. However, to my disappointment, the technician seemed rushed and my nails now have a strange brown film on them just two days later. Despite the lack of customers in the salon, I felt like I was being hurried out the door. For the price I paid, including tip, I expected a more relaxing and attentive experience. I will not be returning to this salon and am still on the lookout for a place in Chico where I can truly unwind during a manicure. Please share any recommendations you may have.
