I had a terrible experience at this salon. It was my first time trying them out as my usual spot was fully booked. The services were pricier, but I needed to look good for a special occasion. My appointment was at 4:45 pm, but when I arrived, my stylist was nowhere to be found. I received a text saying she was running late and asked to reschedule for 5:30 pm. I wasn't thrilled, but I agreed and did some shopping to pass the time. I returned at 5:38 pm, and she still wasn't there. After waiting until 5:50 pm, I texted her saying I had to leave due to my babysitter. She then asked me to wait five more minutes, promising a rushed job. I declined and left. For $150, the service was subpar. I receive better treatment at Great Clips. Avoid this unprofessional salon.
Cree has been styling my hair for six years, and she always leaves me feeling fabulous! From pixie cuts to funky styles, she nails it every time. I constantly receive compliments on my hair after a visit with her.
I had an amazing experience with Cree at the salon! She squeezed me in last minute and gave me a stunning haircut. Despite my straight hair, she managed to give it volume and movement.
