I had a terrible experience at this salon. It was my first time trying them out as my usual spot was fully booked. The services were pricier, but I needed to look good for a special occasion. My appointment was at 4:45 pm, but when I arrived, my stylist was nowhere to be found. I received a text saying she was running late and asked to reschedule for 5:30 pm. I wasn't thrilled, but I agreed and did some shopping to pass the time. I returned at 5:38 pm, and she still wasn't there. After waiting until 5:50 pm, I texted her saying I had to leave due to my babysitter. She then asked me to wait five more minutes, promising a rushed job. I declined and left. For $150, the service was subpar. I receive better treatment at Great Clips.
