I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. My visit to this massage center was extremely disappointing. My partner scheduled a session for me as a kind gesture after a performance, but the experience left me in significant discomfort. The masseuse was overly forceful, even applying pressure to my spine, which I believe is unsafe. It feels like I sustained an injury. Most certified massage therapists avoid direct manipulation of the spine, and if they do touch it, it's with gentle pressure. I refuse to accept that deep tissue massage is meant to be painful—this went beyond that. I am still grappling with the repercussions, relying on pain relief medication. If my condition doesn't improve, I may have to seek medical and potentially legal counsel. Furthermore, the masseuse demanded a tip after the session, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances. The overall ambiance was unpleasant, and the staff member on duty was quite impolite. Rhema is exceptional—she attentively listened to my concerns, tailored the massage to my needs and preferences for the 60 minutes, and utilized various techniques during the session. Despite trying various massages and holistic treatments for chronic back pain in the past, only experiencing temporary relief, Rhema's massage provided lasting pain relief for days.
