Bob is the only person I trusted for my son's first ear piercings. I didn't want to go anywhere else. His studio is the cleanest place I've ever seen. The ambiance alone is delightful, it's stunning! I paid the promotional price of $120 over the phone. Upon arrival, I mentioned that my TOTAL budget was $175 (in case of additional charges). However, they added $175 worth of services on top of my initial $120. Consequently, my total came to $295. The lack of clarity and communication was frustrating. When I inquired about this discrepancy, they confirmed it was intentional and declined to address the issue.
