**I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The technician used the wrong color initially and didn't deliver the desired outcome. Despite a redo with a similar color, the end result was far from satisfactory. My cuticles were also neglected. I had specifically requested a different technician, who has always done a great job, but was not assigned to me this time. The outcome is not what I had hoped for. My go-to spot! It has such a serene and inviting vibe. The team is super friendly. I had to switch to a new Esthetician since my previous one, Casey, had to leave me :-( (Big shoutout to her lol) but my new Esthetician, Taylor, is amazing! They ensure your comfort and are gentle on your skin. Very courteous and efficient. Bob is the only person I trusted for my son's first ear piercings. I didn't want to go anywhere else. His studio is the cleanest place I've ever seen. The ambiance alone is delightful, it's stunning! However, they added $175 worth of services on top of my initial $120. Consequently, my total came to $295. The lack of clarity and communication was frustrating. When I inquired about this discrepancy, they confirmed it was intentional and declined to address the issue.
