**I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The technician used the wrong color initially and didn't deliver the desired outcome. Despite a redo with a similar color, the end result was far from satisfactory. My cuticles were also neglected. I had specifically requested a different technician, who has always done a great job, but was not assigned to me this time. The outcome is not what I had hoped for.
