Overall satisfactory. I feel like I paid for more than what I received. I acknowledge that the individuals who worked on my nails today attempted to paint Bubu and Dudu bears to the best of their abilities and spent a considerable amount of time trying to achieve a close resemblance. However, I believe the similarity is around 75% when it should be closer for seasoned professionals in the industry. Additionally, I had to shell out $103 for this service, which I believe is more for their time rather than the final outcome. My go-to spot! It has such a serene and inviting vibe. The team is super friendly. I had to switch to a new Esthetician since my previous one, Casey, had to leave me :-( (Big shoutout to her lol) but my new Esthetician, Taylor, is amazing! They ensure your comfort and are gentle on your skin. Very courteous and efficient. Bob is the only person I trusted for my son's first ear piercings. I didn't want to go anywhere else. His studio is the cleanest place I've ever seen. The ambiance alone is delightful, it's stunning! He did an excellent job with him. His ears look flawless and are healing well. He's highly skilled and excels at his craft. I highly recommend him to everyone.
