I had a wonderful experience with my rejuvenating facial by Alex. It was incredibly relaxing and felt like just what my skin needed. Alex also provided me with some useful tips for my skincare routine that I am eager to try out. I highly recommend this self-care spa!

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. My visit to this massage center was extremely disappointing. My partner scheduled a session for me as a kind gesture after a performance, but the experience left me in significant discomfort. The masseuse was overly forceful, even applying pressure to my spine, which I believe is unsafe. It feels like I sustained an injury. Most certified massage therapists avoid direct manipulation of the spine, and if they do touch it, it's with gentle pressure. I refuse to accept that deep tissue massage is meant to be painful—this went beyond that. I am still grappling with the repercussions, relying on pain relief medication. If my condition doesn't improve, I may have to seek medical and potentially legal counsel. Furthermore, the masseuse demanded a tip after the session, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances. The overall ambiance was unpleasant, and the staff member on duty was quite impolite. Based on my encounter, I cannot endorse this establishment.

I am baffled by the continued operation of this establishment. Contacting them is nearly impossible—I attempted to schedule online to no avail, and despite calling multiple times a day and sending emails to book an appointment, it took me months to finally reach someone. Seems sketchy, doesn't it?

I visited for the first time ever for a mini dermaplane and an enzyme mask. Morgan was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. She inquired about my skin and provided me with some post-care tips! I will definitely return. The establishment was very clean, welcoming, and peaceful! I have already booked my next appointment and I am excited to try a facial.
