I visited Starlight Salon for the first time, looking forward to a relaxing pedicure before my upcoming trip. Opted for a gel manicure and pedicure, and while the ambiance was charming and the staff friendly, I was left disappointed by the quality of work. Experienced bleeding on both big toes and five fingernails. The nail technician seemed rushed and overly rough, ignoring my pain signals and flinches during the pedicure. The gel on my manicure was thick and uneven, nails cut too short with rough edges. Excess polish on my skin added to the dissatisfaction, and I also noticed hygiene issues with shared tools. My friend's experience was better, indicating inconsistency with different nail techs.
