Jaden was fantastic and extremely helpful in starting my tattoo removal journey! I was able to begin right away thanks to his seamless process. Jaden is very personable and sharing before and after photos made me feel at ease. Looking forward to this transformation!
I visited for Thermage, the consultation was good but the treatment was awful. During consult, I was assured they could pause if too painful and adjust energy levels for different face areas. However, the actual treatment felt rushed and the provider claimed the consultant was mistaken. She even tested my tolerance on delicate under-eye skin, using only 1.5 level for my whole face despite my initial concern for lower face. Ignoring my input, she hurried through the treatment. Sadly, saw no improvement on my lower face post-treatment. Disappointed by the unprofessional and irresponsible service. Given the cost, I won't return for Thermage here.
