I have been a long-time patron of this salon for haircuts, and I must say that the service is fast and friendly. Ms. Gloria does an exceptional job in adhering to CDC guidelines, ensuring the safety and well-being of both clients and staff.
It pains me greatly to share my experience. I highly recommend this salon for haircuts, as I have been a loyal customer for years. However, I strongly advise against getting a hair coloring here as my own experience was disappointing. The first time I left the salon, I noticed the color was not as expected. I raised my concerns with the owner, who assured me it would be fixed. Upon returning for a correction, the outcome was still unsatisfactory. My hair now appears uneven and far from the desired result. Despite showing a reference picture, the final look did not match. I ultimately decided not to pursue further corrections as it seemed futile.
The customer service at this salon is commendable. Gloria is a skilled hairstylist who has consistently delivered excellent haircuts over the years.
