I paid the promotional price of $120 over the phone. Upon arrival, I mentioned that my TOTAL budget was $175 (in case of additional charges). However, they added $175 worth of services on top of my initial $120. Consequently, my total came to $295. The lack of clarity and communication was frustrating. When I inquired about this discrepancy, they confirmed it was intentional and declined to address the issue. I wish they had been more accommodating in resolving the situation.
I made an appointment for a lash lift and tint at the discounted rate through Groupon with ellehomme (around $55 for both services on sale). It was my first experience with a lash lift or tint, and Kristine was incredibly professional, polite, and informative. She guided me through the process, and I received numerous compliments! I had the treatment on Aug 5, and it lasted until Oct 12 (with some lashes still slightly curled over 2 months later, but I need a touch-up for new growth).
