I had a wonderful experience with my rejuvenating facial by Alex. It was incredibly relaxing and felt like just what my skin needed. Alex also provided me with some useful tips for my skincare routine that I am eager to try out. I highly recommend this self-care spa!

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. My visit to this massage center was extremely disappointing. My partner scheduled a session for me as a kind gesture after a performance, but the experience left me in significant discomfort. The masseuse was overly forceful, even applying pressure to my spine, which I believe is unsafe. It feels like I sustained an injury. Most certified massage therapists avoid direct manipulation of the spine, and if they do touch it, it's with gentle pressure. I refuse to accept that deep tissue massage is meant to be painful—this went beyond that. I am still grappling with the repercussions, relying on pain relief medication. If my condition doesn't improve, I may have to seek medical and potentially legal counsel. Furthermore, the masseuse demanded a tip after the session, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances. The overall ambiance was unpleasant, and the staff member on duty was quite impolite. Based on my encounter, I cannot endorse this establishment.

I’ve undergone a few hydrafacials with Helen and today with their new team member, Anneliese. Every session has been fantastic! The personnel is extremely kind and skilled in their work. The facility is also pristine and well arranged. Never once have I felt pressured to purchase more, and whenever I've had inquiries, they've been answered thoroughly and with compassion. I've visited several establishments in the city, and IVI always stands out due to their exceptional customer service. They are authentic individuals who make you feel at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
