I’ve undergone a few hydrafacials with Helen and today with their new team member, Anneliese. Every session has been fantastic! The personnel is extremely kind and skilled in their work. The facility is also pristine and well arranged. Never once have I felt pressured to purchase more, and whenever I've had inquiries, they've been answered thoroughly and with compassion. The clinic is situated within DePauls gym, ensuring a safe and bustling environment. Rhema is exceptional—she attentively listened to my concerns, tailored the massage to my needs and preferences for the 60 minutes, and utilized various techniques during the session. She focuses on addressing the area of concern and its interconnected parts, recognizing the body's holistic nature. Despite trying various massages and holistic treatments for chronic back pain in the past, only experiencing temporary relief, Rhema's massage provided lasting pain relief for days. I slept soundly and noticed a significant decrease in pain between my initial and subsequent sessions. I acknowledge that the individuals who worked on my nails today attempted to paint Bubu and Dudu bears to the best of their abilities and spent a considerable amount of time trying to achieve a close resemblance. However, I believe the similarity is around 75% when it should be closer for seasoned professionals in the industry. Additionally, I had to shell out $103 for this service, which I believe is more for their time rather than the final outcome.
