I am utterly dismayed by the outcome of my manicure and pedicure. While the pedicure was passable, the manicure was abysmal. Despite my efforts to appreciate the service, it has only been a week, and my nails are already showing signs of distress. The cuticles were left untouched, and the curved French tip I requested was far from what was delivered. Despite my disappointment, I still offered a tip and settled the bill. However, I can confidently say that I will not be returning for another visit.
The initial greeting was warm, but soon after, I felt bombarded with unexpected charges. Despite my repeated requests for a basic no-chip manicure and a simple pedicure for my partner, the results were subpar. The odor of mildew emanating from their towels was off-putting. To my dismay, additional fees were tacked on at the time of payment, catching me off guard. The following morning, I awoke to discover the polish had already begun to peel off. Within a mere day! I had retired for the night at 10 pm, only to find the polish missing when I awoke at 4 am. The experience certainly did not justify the hefty $100 price tag.
Utterly disrespectful encounter! After having my nails attended to on a Sunday morning, by Monday evening, two were broken, and one had chipped without the promised no-chip polish. The individual who worked on my nails displayed a discourteous demeanor. Upon returning the next day to address the issues, I was met with attitude and informed that they do not offer repairs. Furthermore, I was asked to settle the bill before the service was completed, citing it as their policy, even though the person beside me was allowed to pay at the end of their service. While I typically refrain from leaving negative feedback, this experience was abysmal! The establishment is in dire need of closure, given the exorbitant prices charged. A whopping $65 was demanded for a simple fill-in with no-chip polish. Spare yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment! Attached is a photo of the individual responsible for my unsatisfactory nails and the individual who rudely dismissed my request for repairs.
