The shop owner is an incredible artist with a super pleasant vibe. I had a great experience and will definitely return. I got two tattoos and my nipples pierced here, and I highly recommend it.
I've been meaning to do this for more than a week but got caught up. Let me tell you, I value excellent customer service and business relationships. I was pleasantly surprised to receive same-day service, and Oso was exceptionally professional and accommodating. As a woman, especially in today's world, I sometimes worry about loud, rowdy, or unprofessional environments. Oso and the CHT&P tattoo studio provided the exact professionalism, calmness, and cleanliness I was hoping for. Oso was both efficient and punctual. For the first time, I'm actually looking forward to my follow-up appointment. Thank you, Oso, for creating such a wonderful and respectful place to receive the services I was seeking!
I made a last-minute visit on Saturday and they still accommodated me with great customer service. The shop was impeccably clean. I had my nose and belly pierced, and both procedures went smoothly. The piercer, Beatriz, was professional and incredibly kind. She didn't even use a clamp for my belly piercing, and it turned out perfectly, showing her expertise. The prices were very reasonable as well.
