For the past three years, Mackay has been taking care of my hair, and she is truly fantastic! I always adore my cut and color. I even started carrying a referral card because I receive so many compliments and questions about who styles my hair. Their shop is also incredibly cute, offering hats, jewelry, purses, bags, and other adorable items! I don't use tanning booths, so I can't speak to that, but if they're anything like the rest of the shop, they must be great too!
Unfortunately, the spray tan I got only lasted for 2 days. I visited with a group, and none of our tans lasted more than 48 hours. I won't be returning. It's a shame because their boutique was really charming!
I can't say enough good things about Cool Rayz and the new owners. Their customer service is consistently exceptional. The atmosphere is always cozy, charming, and of high quality. Every staff member there is incredibly courteous. McKay is one of the most attentive, polite, sharp, and kind individuals I've ever met. The services and quality provided by Cool Rayz and their team are exceptional, and to claim otherwise would be dishonest.
