Absolutely terrible service. I made a payment for services rendered three months ago through my insurance provider's platform, but I continue to receive emails and texts claiming that the payment is outstanding. Every time I contact them to rectify the situation, they assure me that they will update their records, yet the issue persists with follow-up reminders.
