I will never go to a different salon again!!! Alex helped me feel like my most beautiful self with a full vivid transformation. I am thrilled with her work and recommend everyone see her for their vivids! ❤️
My spouse surprised me with a spa day that included facial, massage, mani/ pedi. The massage was a tad uncomfortable, not very soothing. I was informed that since I had a no chip from another salon, it would cost an extra $10 every 15 minutes to remove the previous nail salon's no chip polish. This information was not disclosed to me until she started filing the first nail. If I had known earlier, I would have skipped the pedicure. I did not receive the manicure my spouse purchased. It wasn't about the money but how the situation was handled. Despite that, I am grateful for my spouse's thoughtful gift! He could have just gotten me the facial, which was fantastic! Vanessa is exceptional. This was my first visit to this spa. I will definitely book a facial again, but no other spa treatments.
