The service was pleasant, and the sparkly blue color I chose turned out beautifully. However, I encountered issues as three nails popped off within a week, with two others starting to lift. Upon their removal, I noticed no marks or scratches underneath, indicating improper preparation. While the nails were aesthetically pleasing, I was disappointed that they did not last even a week.
I had a fantastic experience at this bustling spa in the United States. Despite the busy Saturday afternoon with no appointments, we were seated promptly. The salon had a wide array of nail colors to choose from, and it was impeccably clean with a friendly atmosphere. Kathy, my technician, was excellent. Although I didn't partake, I noticed they offer alcohol. The pedicure massaging chairs were well-maintained. I will definitely be returning!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! SEVERE PAIN AND DAMAGE TO NATURAL NAILS!!! The initial photos show my nails shortly after the service. While they looked decent initially, issues like bubbling and misshapen acrylics worsened over time. After just a week, the pain became unbearable, necessitating emergency removal. The process was excruciating, with bruising, bleeding, severe dips, and cracks on my natural nails. The removal was incredibly difficult, hinting at the possible use of illegal MMA acrylic powder. The service was subpar, overpriced, and left my nails in a terrible state. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
