I presented a picture of a French tip pedicure with a pink base and was assured they could replicate it. However, the result barely resembled the photo, lacking the thickness I desired for the French tip. The technician claimed it couldn't be rectified, and I ended up paying $60 for a classic pedicure despite the base price being $35. I've attached images of my inspiration and the outcome. I also had my lashes done by Harper, and even after 5 weeks of neglecting them, I still had 60% of the extensions left! Despite only doing a lash bath daily, the results were amazing! Hanna and Lily were absolutely incredible today. I was really looking forward to a luxurious and satisfying mani/pedi experience today, and that's exactly what I got. I can't get enough! I'm very particular about shapes, and Hanna completely nailed it. I'd even say she was truly committed and ready for the challenge. The service was pleasant, and the sparkly blue color I chose turned out beautifully. However, I encountered issues as three nails popped off within a week, with two others starting to lift. Upon their removal, I noticed no marks or scratches underneath, indicating improper preparation.
