Hanna and Lily were absolutely incredible today. I was really looking forward to a luxurious and satisfying mani/pedi experience today, and that's exactly what I got. I can't get enough! The service was pleasant, and the sparkly blue color I chose turned out beautifully. However, I encountered issues as three nails popped off within a week, with two others starting to lift. Upon their removal, I noticed no marks or scratches underneath, indicating improper preparation.
