This was my initial visit to a nail salon where I truly felt valued by a nail technician. I have never engaged in conversations with nail technicians previously, but Tony was exceptional and maintained a conversation throughout. He prioritized my preferences over his own and understood that I preferred to keep my short nails as they were, while also delivering the subtle sparkle I envisioned.
