The pedicure experience was pleasant, but the overall service was a disaster. Initially, they attempted to trim my nails, insisting they were artificial tips. After clarifying they were natural, the technician tried to file the dip polish, which I suggested soaking in acetone. Despite my advice, he insisted on his method, resulting in a painful nail shaping process that focused more on my skin than the actual nail. The intended ombre effect turned out unrecognizable, with lumpy and uneven nails. Shockingly, nails started breaking within days, causing excruciating pain as they snapped below the nail line. I regret wasting both time and money at this salon and will not be returning.
Today, I had the intention of getting my nails done. Upon entering the establishment, the lady informed me she was too busy and suggested I return later. Despite there being only two other customers present, she did not inquire about my name or offer to schedule an appointment. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism, I decided to visit Sun Nails and Spa nearby where I spent $100 for a more welcoming and courteous service. I have no plans of revisiting the initial salon as they failed to leave a positive impression on me.
Van provided exceptional service! My feet and nails have not looked this good in a long time. I will definitely be a returning customer.
