The pedicure experience was pleasant, but the overall service was a disaster. Initially, they attempted to trim my nails, insisting they were artificial tips. After clarifying they were natural, the technician tried to file the dip polish, which I suggested soaking in acetone. Despite my advice, he insisted on his method, resulting in a painful nail shaping process that focused more on my skin than the actual nail. The intended ombre effect turned out unrecognizable, with lumpy and uneven nails. Shockingly, nails started breaking within days, causing excruciating pain as they snapped below the nail line. Confidence is key. When Sheila styles my hair, I have faith in them to understand my preferences! I discovered them a couple of years back and followed them to this salon. The owner manages a very tidy and orderly establishment where customers feel welcomed from the start. It's wonderful to have this place situated right in the heart of Chester. Parking is also convenient. My initial trip to this salon was a pleasant experience. I was welcomed by a friendly staff member and seated promptly. Lily was my manicurist, and she did a fantastic job on my nails. I opted for a gel manicure on my natural nails and I am thrilled with the outcome! I will definitely be returning. The prices are quite reasonable as well. My father, my wife, and I all visited yesterday for haircuts, and both my father and I had our hair colored and added some highlights. All three of us were incredibly pleased with the outcome. They only accept cash payments, which was a bit inconvenient, but it was worth it. The women there are highly skilled, yet approachable, and we actually had a pleasant time getting our hair done.
