I had the pleasure of trying out the new menu items. Riley took the time to inquire about my preferences and ensured I got exactly what I desired. The service was top-notch, and Riley exceeded my expectations. I visited this cafe once before, and a year ago, had a similar experience with a different staff member. The cafe maintains a high standard of service across all employees.
Discovering the bookstore sooner would have been ideal. I've visited many bookstores in the Chicago area, but none have left me as satisfied as this one. Finally, I found a spot where I feel content. Liz paid attention to my book preferences and recommended great reads. With a diverse selection and cozy atmosphere, this bookstore is now my go-to spot for literary adventures.
The entire cafe and ambiance is fantastic. Staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and attentive to your preferences. Clear communication on services and pricing, no unexpected surprises. The interior design and layout are visually pleasing, and the cafe offers a wide selection of high-quality products. Overall, the service and experience are exceptional!
