I visited the Faye Francis salon today with my daughter, who needed a quick fix for a botched haircut from another salon. Faye was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and transformed my daughter's look. The entire team was warm and welcoming, and we left feeling satisfied. We'll definitely be returning!
Outstanding hair stylists! They offer fantastic services at reasonable prices. Since relocating to this area, I've been searching for a salon that can replicate my previous style. Usually, it takes multiple attempts at different salons, but they nailed it on the first try! I've finally found my go-to salon for the long haul. My stylist, Sarah, was fantastic, but I'm confident the other stylists are equally skilled!
I'm absolutely fuming about this situation. If a salon accepts walk-ins and appointments, it's unacceptable to prioritize a walk-in over a customer with a scheduled appointment. I will never, ever return to that salon.
