In the initial 24 hours, I experienced some fallout with my lashes. Upon contacting the studio, they promptly addressed and rectified the issue. It was explained to me that adhesive problems can sometimes occur. I notice several negative comments regarding lash fallout, yet it seems these individuals did not reach out to the establishment for resolution. It's essential to give them the chance to correct any issues as various factors can contribute to lash fallout. While the lash artist may play a role, it's not always the sole cause. The studio graciously fixed my lashes at no cost, and the staff was incredibly pleasant. Mishaps can happen, so it's advisable to communicate with the business if problems arise. Many thanks, ladies! Dee is an incredibly skilled professional who offers the latest in nail care technology. I value that she uses top-quality products on my natural nails. Unbelievable. I was nearly moved to tears as I had been frequenting a subpar nail salon and finally had enough. I made the decision to come here and I am willing to drive the 23 minutes to get here every time.
