It's essential to give them the chance to correct any issues as various factors can contribute to lash fallout. While the lash artist may play a role, it's not always the sole cause. The studio graciously fixed my lashes at no cost, and the staff was incredibly pleasant. Mishaps can happen, so it's advisable to communicate with the business if problems arise. Many thanks, ladies!
