I absolutely ADORED my experience here...Mason is incredibly skilled and the rest of the team are lovely, friendly, inviting, and kind. I had moderately long hair that I transformed into a layered bob...he styled it with perfect curls and when I left, I felt like a glamorous 1920s flapper (in the best way possible)! I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone I know in the vicinity...$30 for a top-notch wash, cut, and style :) and I've already received numerous compliments ;)
So this incident occurred years ago but it still makes me cringe when I pass by this salon. I didn't have Mason work on my hair but I found him to be EXTREMELY unprofessional. I walked in and requested someone who could give me red hair. I had natural dark brown hair and this was my first time dyeing it. I left with black hair that had a red tint in the sunlight. I should have been wary when the individual (possibly Christian?) skipped using lightener. I phoned and was instructed to come in early on a weekday to see if Mason could rectify the situation. I ended up waiting for hours as he didn't arrive as promised. The few staff members present just seemed sympathetic towards me. I left in tears and after a lengthy wait, I did receive a refund. Went to the salon next door and paid nearly double for a color correction. This was my initial experience with hair dyeing. Lesson learned: don't simply walk into a salon and let anyone handle your hair, even if they claim to be capable.
Delvis was exceptional! Outstanding attention to detail, the haircut turned out flawless!!! Highly recommend, a solid 5-star rating.
