I had a fantastic experience at Oh Hair on Saturday, March 7th, 2020. A huge shoutout to Mr. Robert (I hope I got his name right). He was exceptional! The day before, I had a hair disaster at another salon, but thankfully, I left before it got worse. Robert worked his magic and saved my hair from complete ruin. He did an amazing job. I am so grateful. I will definitely be returning. 💕 (And just to clarify, my hair color is natural, it's just the lighting and mirror playing tricks on you lol)
Dreadful service when arranging an appointment as a new customer. If they can't be bothered with basic courtesy to get you in the salon, will they really care about your hair?
After moving back to Birmingham, I was worried it would take a while to find a stylist I liked as much as my previous one in Florida. Turns out, I was wrong! Mackenzie did an outstanding job, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone there was so welcoming. Thank you, Mackenzie!
