I recently received a manicure at this establishment. The initial interaction with the staff was pleasant and I was promptly taken care of as there were only a few other customers present. I paid a total of $60, including the tip, before departing. However, my satisfaction was short-lived as the white tips of my manicure started chipping off just a couple of days later. Upon my return to address the issue a week later, they fixed the 7 chipped nails but then tried to charge me an additional $30. After some back and forth, they settled on $20. Due to this poor customer service experience and lack of accountability for their work, I will not be returning.
