Avoid this place at all costs. I reluctantly chose this salon for white French tips as my usual nail spot was closed, and I urgently needed my nails done. The technician was somewhat pleasant, but the service was abysmal!! She cut my cuticles on five different fingers, leaving them bloody, and not a single French tip was even. Their work is sloppy, resulting in customers with bleeding fingers. If you find yourself in a pinch and this salon is your last resort, trust me and wait until your regular place reopens because the experience here is worse than not getting your nails done at all! Plus, they failed to include the charms and diamonds as promised.
I must express my dissatisfaction with the nail service I received. I anticipated leaving with a charming set of nails, but the reality was quite the opposite. None of the colors I requested were available, and to make matters worse, my nails were painful and started coming off a mere seven hours after the appointment. This was truly the worst nail experience I've ever had.
Wow, what a disappointment. I shelled out $150 for a pedicure, full set on my toes, and full set of French tips, and the outcome is absolutely horrendous. There's acrylic residue stuck on my fingers and toes around the nails, they nicked my toes and fingers, rushed through the entire process, neglected to clean my toenails or clip my nails, the pedicurist seemed reluctant to touch my feet (which are not unsightly), hurried through my pedicure in a mere 15 minutes, yet charged me $55 for it. Additionally, they slapped on a little acrylic on my toes with white polish for $30, and then demanded $65 for the French tips which are marred with black spots, uneven, and have acrylic seeping around the nail onto my skin. Despite my initial refusals, they persistently pushed me into getting rhinestones on the ring finger until I relented, only to find the acrylic rigidly surrounding them as well. A solid 0 out of 10. I will never return. The pedicure was supposed to include exfoliation, a mask, a foot massage, and hot towels, none of which I received for the hefty $50...
