I do not recommend this establishment. I visited the gynecologist for issues with bleeding between periods and severe menstrual pain, as well as back pain. They treated me as if I were ignorant, spoke to me condescendingly about my menstrual cycle, and did not allow me to express my concerns. I left feeling incredibly frustrated. I will not be returning.
I reached out to schedule an appointment with my physician, Samantha Carter, back in January. The earliest available slot was in May. Although inconvenient, I accepted it. However, Dr. Carter canceled my appointment less than a day before, and now I have been rescheduled for October. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially when I am trying to plan for starting a family - it is incredibly frustrating that my timeline has been pushed back without any fault of my own. What if I were genuinely ill?
I was treated by Doctor Christina Diaz and currently experiencing negative effects from the treatment. I have attempted multiple times to return to the office for a follow-up. All of my attempts to contact them have been ignored and unanswered. Avoid seeking treatment at this facility.
