I might have started tearing up within 2 minutes of sitting in the chair. 🥴🤦🏼♀️ I’m great with first impressions!!! But seriously, it was a challenging day and Sophia doubled as a confidante and stylist. To make her job impossible I decided to switch from blonde to my natural brunette to give my hair a break (I’ve never been content with this decision in the past). Friends, I LOVE IT! I adore the atmosphere, team, products… It was genuinely the most exceptional hair experience I’ve had in years. Sorry, Sophia… you’re stuck with me!
