I had a rather negative experience during a transition-related appointment on September 27, which I shared privately with Studio R on their client feedback form. I do not find it constructive to publicly shame or vent anger, so will refrain from doing so in this review. However, I have yet to hear back from Studio R with regards to my negative experience after two months, which gives me the impression that I am not being taken seriously as a paying customer. I will not be returning to Studio R or recommending anyone receive services here.
