I've been a patron here for years! Everyone is incredibly delightful! A special mention to Taylor; she excels in eyelash extensions (and nails). Jordan has always been so warm, attentive, and also excels in nail care. My aunt visited Chris today for a pedicure and was thrilled! He took his time, didn't rush, and made her feel extremely at ease. I had a rather negative experience during a transition-related appointment on September 27, which I shared privately with Studio R on their client feedback form. I do not find it constructive to publicly shame or vent anger, so will refrain from doing so in this review. However, I have yet to hear back from Studio R with regards to my negative experience after two months, which gives me the impression that I am not being taken seriously as a paying customer.
