I've been a patron here for years! Everyone is incredibly delightful! A special mention to Taylor; she excels in eyelash extensions (and nails). Jordan has always been so warm, attentive, and also excels in nail care. My aunt visited Chris today for a pedicure and was thrilled! He took his time, didn't rush, and made her feel extremely at ease. I consistently suggest this place when asked for recommendations!
I usually don't expect much in terms of cleanliness at reasonably priced nail salons in this area, so the reuse of tools and such didn't shock me. The technician (Chris, I believe) did a really commendable job, didn't cause any cuts, and the polish looks fantastic. The price is fair, the work was decent, and I didn't experience any infections this time. However, it does feel like a bit of a gamble each time I visit. I might take the risk though because I found a fantastic color lol.
Absolutely ADORE this establishment. My piggies and nails are always feeling and looking their best after a visit here. The ambiance is serene, calm, and very inviting. The team provides exceptional care and thoughtfulness. Always ensuring your comfort and relaxation, I HIGHLY recommend Lotus Nails.
