Ava is a phenomenal and skilled stylist. She always heeds my requests and works with efficiency. I've also interacted with a couple of other stylists at Crest, and all of them are professional with remarkable expertise. The salon offers ample parking, a breezy/upscale atmosphere, and is consistently spotless. I eagerly anticipate my visits there every few weeks.
I ABSOLUTELY adore the ambiance, joy, and fantastic energy of this salon. Since switching to seeing Jordan at Crest Salon recently, I wouldn't go anywhere else. There's a seasonal beverage selection and a snack trolley for those lengthy color sessions (you know what I mean, fellow blondes 👱🏻♀️), and the stylists genuinely love what they do, are buddies, have a good time, and keep you smiling and at ease throughout your appointment. The atmosphere in this salon is polished, chic, fashionable, and welcoming all at once. I don't sense the pretentious or snobbish atmosphere I encountered at another salon in Boston I frequented years back. The pricing is more reasonable than other salons for the incredibly creative and meticulous work they deliver. The outcomes are stunning, and after two visits, I'm closer to my desired shade than my previous stylist ever deemed possible. Jordan puts in whatever amount of time or effort is needed to nail the color, and her root tap method, new to me, ensures my hair grows out beautifully! A perfect score in every aspect. Crest Salon is the top choice in Boston!
I can't speak highly enough about Jordan and Crest Salon!! Jordan is truly exceptional and a blonde maestro - I've never been more in love with my hair! She takes the time to grasp the color/style I desire and ensures it remains healthy throughout the process. Besides the hair services, Jordan and everyone at Crest make you feel right at home when you're there. 1000/10
