I've been a loyal customer at Dynasty Nails for almost a decade now, and I must say that Rose stands out as the top nail technician in Charlotte. Despite passing numerous salons on my route from the Highland Creek area, I always make the effort to visit her. Her fills definitely have a longer-lasting quality compared to other technicians. I've been a loyal patron of this establishment for many years. The service is consistently excellent, the nail designs are always creative, and Tina, the young nail technician, is truly outstanding! Tina never fails to impress with her innovative designs.
A basic gel set cost me $60. The nail technicians at this salon truly listen to your requests and keep you informed at every stage of the process. Disregard negative reviews; those individuals probably didn't communicate effectively with their nail tech. Don't forget to ask for a complimentary water or beverage. The client chairs could use an upgrade; I often find myself bumping my knees against the counter or backboard when I sit down. Consider bringing wireless headphones if you're not a fan of the TV program playing, or simply request a channel change. I believe it's important for the salon to address disrespectful clients promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, the salon does an excellent job at reasonable prices.
