I tend to steer clear of popular places, as quality work can be found anywhere. Unfortunately, my experience here was mediocre. Despite positive reviews, my visit for a fill-in and gel polish in July was disappointing. Whether it was the crowded environment or internal conflicts among staff, the atmosphere felt off. My technician barely engaged with me, I felt rushed due to the waiting customers, and the price did not match the service quality. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissed until I contacted the owner the next day. The initial response was dismissive, but after showing my nails, they were redone by another technician. I have not returned since. While some may have had great experiences, the first impression matters greatly in business.
The service was absolutely abysmal. Not a single friendly greeting or acknowledgment upon entering. When I was finally noticed, the lady gestured for me to state my service needs without any form of welcome. I arrived well before their closing time, only to be informed that they wouldn't offer pedicure services.
Every time I visit, I receive excellent treatment. This is the only salon in Charlotte that I trust with my nails!
