Being a beauty professional myself, I frequently get my nails done. However, my recent visit to this salon was disappointing. Despite its previous five-star rating, my experience was subpar. The technicians were rough, filing away my skin. I requested a specific nail shape, but it was not executed correctly. When I asked for corrections, they became irritated. They used unsanitary tools on me, and it was evident that their equipment was not properly maintained. Additionally, when requesting a design, I was met with unhelpful responses. Overall, the lack of professionalism and cleanliness at this salon was unacceptable.
