Being a beauty professional myself, I frequently get my nails done. However, my recent visit to this salon was disappointing. Despite its previous five-star rating, my experience was subpar. The technicians were rough, filing away my skin. I requested a specific nail shape, but it was not executed correctly. When I asked for corrections, they became irritated. They used unsanitary tools on me, and it was evident that their equipment was not properly maintained. Additionally, when requesting a design, I was met with unhelpful responses. Overall, the lack of professionalism and cleanliness at this salon was unacceptable. I will not be returning.
I had a wonderful experience at this salon! The staff was friendly and Stephen did an amazing job on my nails. He was able to replicate the design I showed him perfectly! It's clear that they have a loyal clientele as Stephen knew everyone by name. My husband also enjoyed his pedicure and we will definitely be returning in the future.
This nail salon is absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you feel like a valued customer from the moment you step inside. They always offer a drink and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. The level of artistic skill is truly remarkable. Each technician surpasses expectations, even with unconventional requests. My acrylics lasted an impressive 6 weeks without lifting! I can't recommend this place highly enough for its talent and expertise.
