**Absolutely terrible experience with an artist. I gave my deposit and requested a drawing, with the promise it would be ready 3 days before my appointment. When I reached out for details about the tattoo, I received no response. A week before the appointment, I tried to discuss the drawing in person, only to be flatly refused. Shocked by his attitude, I left. As I was leaving, he insisted I message him on social media. I informed him that I had messaged him on both platforms, to which he claimed he never received them. After sending another message, he admitted he had seen them but chose not to reply because I hadn't asked any questions. A good artist should fulfill their promises, provide excellent customer service, and inquire about your preferences to better understand your vision. I will not return to this artist and would not recommend Tigs to anyone.**
**My tattoo looks amazing! However, even after nearly a year, it is raised and itchy. I'm unsure if this is due to the artist's technique or the use of low-quality ink. Despite the discomfort, I love the design of the tattoo itself.**
